Due to the highly customized and resource-intensive nature of our professional services, all engagements are governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed Service Agreement between the Firm and the Client.

2. Service-Based Engagements

Unless otherwise stated in a written contract:

Consultancy Services: Fees paid for strategic briefings, infrastructure audits, and consultancy hours are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

Retainers: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable as they reserve the Firm’s operational capacity and expertise exclusively for the Client.
