Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Principles

Collina LLC ("the Firm") specializes in strategic infrastructure consulting and digital ecosystem management. Due to the highly customized and resource-intensive nature of our professional services, all engagements are governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed Service Agreement between the Firm and the Client.

2. Service-Based Engagements

Unless otherwise stated in a written contract:

Consultancy Services: Fees paid for strategic briefings, infrastructure audits, and consultancy hours are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

Retainers: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable as they reserve the Firm’s operational capacity and expertise exclusively for the Client.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients wishing to terminate an ongoing engagement must provide written notice according to the timeline established in their specific Service Agreement (typically 30 days). Any work performed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced and remains payable in full.

4. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once a project milestone is completed and delivered to the Client, the associated fees are deemed earned and are not subject to refund, credit, or reversal.

5. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to professional excellence. If a Client is dissatisfied with the quality of a specific deliverable, we encourage immediate communication with our operational hub at support@collinasystems.com to resolve the matter through professional mediation or service adjustments.
